Click the Smart Reporting button to create data discoveries in Present on the fly. This uses the Smart Discover interface.

Choose the required data model, click Smart Reporting, and build your query.
Click the X to close Smart Reporting without saving. Click Finish to save your query and add it to your current presentation.
By default smart discoveries created and saved from Present are 'one-off' content items, existing only in the current presentation. By default, the visual will be titled 'New Discovery.' To rename the visual, open the Panel Settings dialog and create a custom title.
To save the discovery and make it shareable, right click on it and select "Make Shareable."
